History of Versions

You may also write a response to each modification to discuss it. All modifications made in this mode are tracked separately in the version history under the corresponding document version. You can review and restore rejected modifications this way, but you’ll have to restore that version of the document, which means you’ll lose all subsequent changes. Set your colleagues’ access to can comment when sharing the document to require them to utilize Suggestion mode.
What Is the Best Way to Print From Google Docs?

Printing from Google Docs is the same as printing from any other application on your computer. To print a Google document, go to File > Print, hit the Ctrl + P keyboard shortcut, or select the print icon in the tools menu after opening the document. Offline Google Docs Editing
You must meet a few fundamental requirements in order to edit your Google Docs offline. To begin, you must be connected to the internet when setting up offline access. You’ll also need Google Chrome outside of incognito mode, the Google Docs Offline Chrome extension installed and enabled, and enough free storage space to preserve your files. After that, go to docs.google.com, click the hamburger menu in the upper left, select Settings, and make sure the Offline slider is set to On (see screenshot below).

Every document you start working on will now be available, at least momentarily, offline on your computer. Whether your document is available offline is indicated by the cloud icon next to the document name.

You’ll notice a crossed-out cloud and the message “Working offline” if your internet connection breaks. When you rejoin to the internet, any changes you make will be synchronized.

You can review the list of all your papers at docs.google.com while offline if you have the Google Docs Offline extension installed. A checkmark icon will appear next to all papers that are always available offline. To control the Available offline option, click the three-dot menu. When you’re not connected to the internet, you can use Google Docs. All documents you open will be cached by the Google Docs Offline plugin. Even if your internet connection is lost, you’ll be able to access documents that aren’t explicitly available offline. In that situation, you can make the document permanently available offline, even if you’re not connected to the internet. Those documents that haven’t been cached or aren’t available offline will appear muted in the meantime. You may also use the Google Drive Backup and Sync tool to back up and sync Google Docs files to your computer or mobile device.
